About crypto assets #1 Metaverse

Brazilian news has been informing that the Decentraland platform is in demand. It was recently ranked as one of the primary means of buying and selling virtual land (property), according to an article by João Pedro Malar published by CNN Brasil.
It can be seen that the world of the metaverse is also occurring here in Brazil. There is even an increase in what we know as a luxury — virtual mansions with necessary, valuable and voluptuous improvements and whose price can reach millions of reais.
Trading can take place using blockchain technology. According to Exame.com magazine, digital currency enthusiasts buy land in the metaverse for speculative investment. The asset price has been rising exponentially.
The information is open to the public that Tokens.com, a cryptocurrency company listed on the Canadian Stock Exchange ($COIN), acquired a virtual property located on 'Rua de Moda' of Decentraland for the sum of 618,000 MANA, pointing out that fashion will be an outstanding topic on metaverse.
Gucci has acquired virtual space, which it has titled the 'Gucci Garden Experience', paying the sum of 350,000 Roblox.
Also, it is worth noting that the current price of MANA, for example, is US$ 2.238 per unit. In Brazilian Real, this represents BRL 11.93 BRL with a 24-hour trading volume of BRL 1,664,710,302 BRL, according to CoinMarketCap. It is worth considering that this value is changing as we write. Other crypto assets (Tokens) are as follows: The Sandbox (Sand), Yield Guild Games (YGG), Chromia (CHR), Enjin Coin (ENJIN), Loopring (LRC).
Turning to the practice of law itself, the social changes mentioned above have been demanding the improvement of legal solutions, demanding more incredible speed (speed in results). For example, there is an increase in judicial blocking mechanisms reaching digital currencies in the context of credit foreclosures against solvent debtors; See the protection of property with a focus on digital, the buying and selling of assets, contracting and much more involved.
Paraphrasing Edmund Burke, we can say that market evolution naturally forces an increase in Justice's mechanisms. Although social changes are not automatically accompanied by (formal) laws, since they expect to be proposed and then passed from the Legislature, it can be said that, in a country that primarily adopted Civil Law, such as Brazil, The judicial branch must automatically reinvent itself daily to monitor and decide such virtual issues as they arise.
At other times, we will reflect a little more on the legal mechanisms aimed at resolving conflicts involving crypto assets. For now, I wish you a good week.
